Not 100% satisfied? Return your order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.
You're responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees (even if free at checkout) are non-refundable — unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent).
How to Start a Return
- Contact us — email support@posturehelps.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ship it back — we'll send you simple return instructions.
- Get your refund — once we receive the item, we process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? Just email us within 60 days and we'll arrange for the correct size to be sent right away — on us.
Wrong or Defective Item
- Wrong item: contact us and we'll send the correct product at no charge.
- Defective product: send us a photo of the defect and we'll replace it — no return required.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? Please do so within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, orders move into fulfillment and follow our standard return policy above.
Shipping Protection
For a small fee you can add 100% Shipping Protection against damage, loss, or theft in transit. With protection, the full cost of reshipment is covered.
